Ingredients:
* Pears 4 pc
* Butter 3 tbsp
* Sugar 50 g
* Mascarpone 300 g
* Heavy whipping cream 300 g
* Icing powder 30 g
* Walnuts 2 tbsp
* Cinnamon (or pie spices mix) 1 tsp
1. Cut pears and remove pits
2. Melt butter with sugar and cinnamon on middle heat
3. Put pears and fry until golden brown on both sides
4. Whip the cream, add mascarpone, icing powder and mix well
5. Put pear on the plate, add cream on top and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts and cinnamon
