Jeanette Jenkins helping you blast those abs! In order to burn the fat over your abs, you have to eat healthy. So, just know that these exercises are to aid you in getting toned abs, but they won’t work all alone. In this session, we’re starting on our backs and doing upper-fiber crunches. Once you’re done, don’t hop back up yet! There’s plenty more floor work to be done. To maximize fat
burning around your core, you must also pair this workout with cardio and a healthy
meal plan.
We’re definitely involving our legs in this one, too. Don’t worry, I’m providing modifications just in case you’re just starting out. It’s important to focus on breathing during these to help you push through. We’ll also add some flutter kicks in here fo those who want to up the challenge.
Reverse crunches will help us tone those abs as well. Try not to push into the ground! The hands are there, but you’re controlling the motion with your core. If you feel extra flexible, you can go extra high with the legs. Just make sure you don’t give in and lower the legs too quickly. Use resistance and really work those muscles! Oh, and in case you were wondering, we'll end this with some plank moves.
