Cutting edge: Chefs’ knives manufactured by Zwilling in Solingen are world famous and have been laser cut since 2013. We went to Solingen and met with Ulrich Nieweg, Head of Prefabrication and Toolmaking at Zwilling. During our visit he explained what’s important in the production of chefs’ knives.
