Everyone's favorite garlic peanuts are spiced up with hot chilies and sesame oil. Go ahead and make this extremely addictive recipe and go nuts over peanuts!
COOKING TIPS:
- Hot peanuts that are sold on the streets in the Philippines contain MSG. You may add or skip this ingredient.
- Fry the peanuts around 6-8 minutes in MEDIUM HEAT. You may increase the heat when you're about to take the peanuts out of the pan.
- do not turn off the heat while the peanuts are still in the pan. Move the peanuts out of the pan as quickly as possible (use a big strainer), then turn off the heat.
- Mix often to avoid burning the peanuts that are on the base of the pan
- Peanuts continue to cook even after they are removed from heat, so don't wait for them to turn too brown.
- this recipe is mildly spicy. Add more chilies if you prefer.
- you may also sprinkle black pepper powder

4 cloves garlic (sliced into thin pieces)
