Drakes Supermarkets Director John-Paul Drake claims the ACCC inquiry into the supermarkets might be “too late” to ensure a “fair competing ground”.
Mr Drake has urged for divestiture in Australian supermarkets to rein in the Coles and Woolworths duopoly.
“The problem has got to a stage where I think it might be a little bit too late to wind back to try and make sure it’s a fair competing ground we’re playing on,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
