I STG, Nuwa is the gift that just keeps on giving!

A commenter under my Innate video by the name of @chaos_ae asked if the second hit of Nuwa’s Firmament Restoration had to be in the same battle. In other words, does the effect persist in Consecutive Encounters.

This question intrigued me and after some investigation, I realized that yes, in fact. The effect of Firmament Restoration DOES persist if she’s hit by a resist or null in one encounter and a second hits her with a resist of null again.

I also tested if that was the case in the VR trainer. Normally all effects in the trainer are wiped going after a battle. But I thought Nuwa might be an exception as it’s likely a use case the devs didn’t account for. However, after much more testing than I thought (mainly because Jean Pierre Loup-Garou was being a big meanie) i concluded that nope. The effect does not persist in the VR trainer


Regardless though, it’s absolutely amazing how much is still being discovered about this game
