Mutton Kheema Masala
Ingredients:-
Mutton Kheema - 500g
Onion - 2
Tomato- 1
Shahi Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Mint leaves - few
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - Pinch
Green chillies- 4
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt- To Taste
Oil - 2 tb spn
Water - As required
Method:
In a pressure cooker add oil, shahi jeera, onion, salt and sauté it till onion turns pink.
Then add mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and sauté it. Then add tomatoes, mutton kheema, chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, water , garam masala and mix it well. Then cook it for one whistle in a pressure cooker.
Serve it Hot with Rice/ Roti along with salad
