INGREDIENTS:
* Onion (प्याज़) - long chopped
* Salt (नमक)
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - long chopped
* Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
* Coriander Seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया) - coarsely ground
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2-2.5 serving spoon
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
Restaurant Style Chutney:
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1-1.5 cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 inch
* Lemon juice(निम्बू का रस) -2 tsp
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Curd(दही)
Masala Kitchen Special Chutney:
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती)
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 8-10
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 inch
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 5-6
* Tamarind Pulp(इमली का पल्प) - 2-3 tbsp
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Salt(काला नमक)
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Sugar(चीनी)
* Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च)
* Water(पानी)
RECIPE:
For Pakoras,peel some Onions and long chopped them. Put some Salt in the chopped Onions and mix them then cover them and keep them aside for 10 mins. Then put some long chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves, Carom Seeds, coarsely ground Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, some hot Oil and then add Gram Flour in it gradually and mix them all. Then fry the Onion Pakoras in the medium heated Oil. Crispy Onion Pakoras will get ready so easily in few minutes.
For Chutney,take some Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Black Salt and some thick and whisked curd. Grind it and then put some more Curd and grind it again. Restaurant Style Chutney will get ready.
Take some Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves and grind them. Put some Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Tamarind Pulp, Salt, Black Salt, Cumin Seeds, Sugar, Red Chili Powder and some water in the mixer jar. Grind it and the Masala Kitchen Special Chutney will get ready.
