Diy Edible & Gluten Free Play Dough ( play doh ). ⬇️ OPEN ⬇️
Hay guys, the boys had such a blast making and playing with this homemade play dough recipe.
In this video they show you how to make non toxic play dough at home.
It is a no cook, non toxic, edible and gluten free play dough recipe.
If you have young kids at the age were they still love to put everything in their mouth, then this is a great non toxic alternative to regular play doh.
Here is the recipe and some helpful tips.
1 cup baby rice cereal.
1 cup corn starch.
1/2 cup apple sauce (or water).
3 Tbsp oil
Food coloring (optional)
1. Make sure all your ingredients are gluten free before giving them to your child. (Read the labels).
2. If the dough feels dry, wet your hands with a water and knead. If it feels to wet, add more rice cereal.
3. Apparently you can swap out the applesauce for water.... but we haven’t tried this method yet.
4. One batch of this recipe actually makes three of the balls you see in the video.
5. If you would like to make multiple colors of play dough from one batch then it is best to knead the dough out first, divide it in to smaller sections and then add the food coloring.
6. Food coloring is optional, you could also color the play doh naturally with spices like cinnamon, turmeric or paprika.
7. Although it is edible, we don’t recommend eating it........ it probably wouldn’t taste good lol.
