We tried this a few times to see if we could sub40. Didn't quite manage it, but we got pretty close several times. I'd love to try this again next time I see him! This solve had a few mistakes: I executed 2 extra comms and Gianfranco had a slight pause, so there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.
