This is the first of a series of videos in which Yehudit will demonstrate how to use Otiyot Hayyot movements to count the 40 days of blessing which begin during the day of the 7th of Sivan, the anniversary of Moshe ascending Mount Sinai to learn with Hashem for 40 days and 40 nights (see Exodus 24:12-18). In this video Yehudit demonstrates how to embody the letter Bet, the first letter of the Hebrew word for blessing: ברכה. She then shows how to embody the Kamatz, the nikudah (Hebrew vowel symbol) which corresponds with Keter, the top sefirah on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Keter is the first of ten sefirot which she will embody during this series of videos. She will show how to combine the Otiyot Hayyot movements for each letter of ברכה with the movements for embodying the nikudot that correspond to the ten sefirot in descending order, until the final combination on the 40th day: Hey combined with the Breath (Malchut). In each video Yehudit guides participants through ten repetitions of that day's combination so that participants can become familiar with sensing the Kabbalistic Tree of Life within their bodies, focusing in descending order on the body part that corresponds to each sefirah on the Tree of Life.
