I definitely picked the wrong time to record at this roundabout just southeast of downtown D.C. Because Pennsylvania Avenue is primary corridor to connect to I-295/MD-295, the eastbound-side was overwhelmingly congested during rush hour. So, a more vast observation at Pennsylvania Avenue & Potomac Avenue will be in the works later-on this year.
