I just saw a video of a nurse in the bay area starting at $72 /hour back in 2021. Love this for her! Ive lived here most of my life and i can not see myself living in a different state (besides oregon, washington or hawaii) lol How much is your starting pay as a nurse and where are you located?!! #paytransparency #nurse
