Youth-Speak is an initiative by Youth-Nex to promote the youth voice. Youth are speaking about the very real issues in their lives from everyday things like dealing with schoolwork, to more complex issues like body image and stress. This youth says he was shy in a new environment but learned to express himself and make new friends.
