This part two workout, targeting the osteoporosis demographic, I am bringing in a small ball and light to medium resistance band for extra focus on hip strengthening. Whether you have low bone density or not, this flow is for anyone still looking to target all the Pilates principals and get a full body overall Reformer workout.
