You are spirit, you have a soul (mind, will and emotions) and you live in a body. The real you are spirit.
At salvation, God put a new spirit in you, then put His Spirit in your new spirit. Your old spirit was spiritually dead and separated from God. ~ Ezekiel 36:26-27.
Your spirit is born-again, but it is your responsibility to effect change in the soul and body.
The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives on the inside of every believer.
