HOW TO SUBMIT A “CONTENCIOSO” APPEAL IN COURT IN SPANISH SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP AFTER 1 YEAR OF SIGNING IN NOTARY
In SPANISH SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP, immigration attorneys usually we use a very effective technique on a regular basis, which is to file a contentious (judicial) appeal before the National Court to defend your right to obtain Spanish nationality.
If the court process is held until the end, everything is in writing and lasts approximately a year or a year or so, but it is common that Government grants nationality before the end of the process, under this legal pressure.
This is what has happened in different occasions (you can watch our recent video in our other YouTube channel: [ Ссылка ])
What happens with SPANISH SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP? Can this technique be used?
The answer is “YES “, and in fact, as we explain in the video, we have had success cases with it, having successfully resolved the nationality to the client
And, with caution, we do recommend using it.
There is a small detail regarding the term, which we have to wait a little over a year, which we will explain case by case, but, in the rest, it is practically the same.
Be encouraged if your Sephardic Citizenship has been a little more than a year after your signature in the notary.
Write us and we will inform you of the requirements and other details.
