INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks)
3 & 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
A Pinch of Cardamom

For the top:
1 Cup Apricot Jam
1/2 Cup Flour to add to the dough
1 Egg

For a crispy dough, use a 1/2 sheet pan. For more tender dough use a 1/4 sheet pan. (I love the crispy one:))
