This very rare vagrant from North-America was discovered yesterday on the island of Texel, The Netherlands. The last accepted case was in 2005. Although the bird was moving slow and deliberate through the trees, it was not so easy to capture on video. It was also quite high in the trees, so many birders were complaining about their necks. The bird is a juvenile so the eye is not obviously red yet.
