• Cardbase: 11 x 4-1/4 score at 2-3/8, 7-7/8, 8-1/2, 9-1/8, 9-3/4, 10-3/8. Rotate then score at 3/4 & 3-1/2 from 11 to 7-7/8
• Lattice Panels #1 (qty 5): 4-1/4 x 1/2
