I machine-knitted a Garden Gnome for fall decoration. Most parts are just rectangle or triangle shapes folded and seamed into tubes. It is really not hard to do. Once you make one, you will want to make more variations for different holidays and seasons. You can hand knit the Fall Gnome, but machine knitting does speed up the knitting part!
