In general, we can use "有" (jau5) "冇" (mou5) to ask "have you...?" But sometimes we need to be careful due to different perspectives from different cultures. For example, to ask if someone has made a mistake in Cantonese, we usually ask if there is a mistake, so we'd ask, "係唔係搞錯咗" (hai6 m4 hai6 gaau2 co3 zo2). To say "有冇搞錯" (jau5 mou5 gaau2 co3), it actually means "are you serious?" or "what's wrong with you?" Therefore, make sure you use the right phrase in the right context. And to be polite, we don't usually say "有冇搞錯" to strangers or people we don't really know as it could sound like you want to start a fight.
