This is a social work AI application that I am continuing to play with...This application is intended to assist with training, onboarding, and coaching. I am able to "train" an AI bot to play a particular role (a person with anxiety, a person who has had their child removed, a person suffering from depression, etc.)The bot is able to interact with the user in a way that reflects this "trained" role, while demonstrating the appropriate demeanor, inflection, and "emotion".The user could be a social work student, a new social worker, or a veteran social worker looking to brush up on their skills. They can hold a simulated conversation with the bot, allowing them to put their skills into action in an environment where they can feel free to make mistakes without doing harm to a real life person, which could potentially occur in the work as it typically exists today. The bot will then provide feedback on what the user did well, areas for growth, and even measure their interactions up against a particular standard or framework. (in this example, it is California's "Integrated Core Practice Model - ICPM)The future of social work is here, but are we ready for it? What do you think about this potential use of AI in social work?#socialworkai #socialwork #socialworkers #socialworkgpt #socialworktech #swtech #burnout #SocialWorkMagic #selfcare #therapy #wellbeing #traumainformed #vicarioustrauma #secondarytrauma #mentalhealth #counseling #counselor #therapist #MSW #BSW #NASW #socialworkcareers #schoolsocialworker #medicalsocialworker #schoolsocialwork #medicalsocialwork #socialworkjob #cps #childwelfare #childprotection #casemanager #casemanagement #socialworkstudent #socialworkmajor #socialworkdegree #MentalHealthAwareness #FamilyCounseling #SocialWorkEducation #HumanServices
