The 55th Munich Security Conference in Germany closed on Sunday after three days of meetings. The main issue covering this year was tensions between Russia and the West — in connection with Moscow's aggressive policy against foreign countries. A new defence proposal was presented to Ukraine, aimed at unifying Europe amid a changing security environment. To talk more about this, we are joined in the studio by Vitaliy Martynyuk, he's the Head of International Programs at the Center for Global Studies "Strategy XXI".
