La Fleur Pourret is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, and belongs to Family Manoncourt, also owner of Château Figeac. The technical team is the same in both estates.
4,5 hectares of 40 years-old vines on clay-limestone soils, the blend for this 2013 is:
54% Merlot
40% Cabernet Franc
6% Cabernet Sauvignon
12 to 15 months of ageing in french oak barrels (90% of one wine, 10% new).
