Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin chaired a key covid meet on lockdown in the state. He has been advised to extend the lockdown by 1 week. The current lockdown has helped decrease cases, despite which cases continue to be abouve 25K on a daily basis. It is now likely that the Chief Minister will extend the lockdown by 1 week.
