Hari Om!
Verse 19: Swami Aparajitananda continues explaining PRACTICAL TRAINING TO BE SĀKSHĪ and simplifies MOKSHA AS CHANGELESS STATE.
Verses 20 and 21: Glory of Consciousness is described in terms of our own nature. Swamiji refers to these verses as MEDITATION VERSES and elaborates on each aspect from individual and Samashti standpoint.
It is discussed: what power Consciousness has; though being organless and formless, It can enliven organs and know forms, but cannot be known as object; being Consciousness is knowing Consciousness.
So being in the world, one should always remember Consciousness (Higher nature).
Benefits of Knowledge:
Connecting with Consciousness the humility way, one can develop devotion, cheerfulness and perfection.
Verse 22: Everything is Consciousness and It is the only thing to be known through all Scriptures. Consciousness is all - PRAMĀTĀ, PRAMEYA AND PRAMĀNA. Attachment to lower nature brings depression. Attention to Higher nature gives Liberation.
Verse 23 (versus Verse 15): The contradictory statement is simplified. World is explained as real and as illusion from beginners' level and Guru's level respectively.
Verse 24: Sat-asat-vihīna is explained as "effect-cause relationless". This way if Self is known lying in heart cave, without parts and as non-dual Ultimate Witness, one can attain the Highest.
But for the unprepared, impure, inferior-minded seekers, it is difficult. A way to purify mind and to purify from great sins is given, viz. to chant Rudram Chamakam.
It is simplified in multiple ways - what is taking refuge in Avimukta Shiva; to resort to Atyāshrama (Sannyāsa Āshrama), to know the Highest Truth and be liberated.
Kaivalya Upanishad is considered to be the cream of Upanishads and fit to be by-hearted.
