My mantra for 2020 was:
JUST KEEP MOVING 💨
I experienced some drastic changes in my life in 2020 (as I’m sure many of us did), and the only way I was able to get through it all was by keeping my energy flowing. Moving my body, working out, yoga, meditation, roller skating, walking the beach, deep breathing, anything to keep the energy moving instead of letting it build up and making me feel stuck.
Now that I’ve moved my way into 2021 my mantra is:
LET’S GET FOCUSED 🎯
I didn’t set any fitness goals last year—the goal was to just keep moving—but this year I have some specific goals in mind that I’m working towards.
