This Episode:
It’s a common misconception to believe that with age comes pain and stiffness. Mary Derbyshire has dedicated her career and book “Agility at Any Age” to help us all develop and maintain balance, agility and movement. Using the Alexander Technique she helps seniors turn a life limited by pain, and open it to possibilities.
The Show:
Falling through the cracks will help you take back your health and thrive through every day, instead of surviving. Each week we’ll give you tools and advice on how to get your health back. In our society a lot of people are feeling unwell, and their doctors aren’t able to help them. Given bills of health, their lab tests are normal, but they are in excruciating pain and debilitating fatigue. This is Dr Risk’s story, and she eventually had to help herself through a very long journey to the health she has now. Dr. Risk has dedicated her life to guiding those who have fallen through the cracks in our health care system to achieve wellness so they can live their lives, instead of just surviving. Tune in to Falling Through the Cracks, broadcasting live every Monday at 9 AM Pacific Time on the VoiceAmerica Health and Wellness Channel.
