I have been working as a baker for 3 years and this recipe is from the bakery,

This is similar to cookies just better and is incredibly good with cold milk, I challenge you to try them :)

200 grams of soft butter
200 grams of sugar
3 Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon
400 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1, dl milk
200 grams chocolate or raisin
