When I started experimenting with cassette tape loops I made short loops of 23.5cm that just went round the central jockey wheels (spools). For my latest Loops-n-Beeps track I needed a longer tape loop to give me a few more seconds of recording time. In this video I show how I modified a standard cassette to incorporate three extra guide wheels making room for a slightly longer tape loop.
