After the worldwide success of the Oval short and GP M2 silencers for Kawasaki Z750 2007/2012, which have become a real must for the Z750 Kawasaki, the Lombard SC-Project company - after the sale of thousand exhaust systems all around the world - presents the exhaust system range completely dedicated to the new Z800.

Thinking about the exhaust systems for the 750 model, SC-Project R&D department has competely redisegned the technical part of the silencers - changing the diameter to adapt it to the new 806cc engine which develops more horsepower and couple than the earliest 750. The link pipe have been totally redesigned and their diameter was improved from 52mm of the Z750 to 60mm for the 800 model.
Silencers changed too: the elegant Oval short terminal was shortened of 4cm to perfectly fit the motorbike aesthetics and the new 4-2-1 original exhaust system connectors, which are different from the previous model. The body of the silencer is now available in the new "Matt Carbon" model: it is realized in matt carbon fiber with a dedicated carbon fiber silencer clamp for an elegant and aggressive aesthetics - main characteristic of the Oval Short silencer with carbon fiber bottom.
The silencer has a CNC-machined AISI 304 stainless steel bushing for a perfect insertion of the new 60mm link pipe. The most sporting exhaust system of the range is GP M2 which is a race version replica of the exhaust systems supplied by SC-Project to Moto2 Champion riders: it has been redesigned and now has a 60mm pipe union obtained by the fullness by CNC numerical control machines and a new 60mm link pipe with T.I.G. welding. The standard round GP and GP Evo and the 60mm oval pipe union R60 exhaust systems are available to complete the range
For the most demanding riders SC-Project offers SC-Project High Performance Air Filters in its range: these filters are sporting air filters mainly designed to match SC-Project exhaust systems and let riders optimize their motorbike performance.
All exhaust systems are available in the homologated version with extractable db killer and homologation certificate for the free circulation on the street.
The Italian company SC-Project is at the forefront for the development of motorbike exhaust systems thanks to the partnership and technical supply with several Teams operating in the World Championship MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and Supersport.
The euro 3 homologation reguarding pollutant emissions is maintained since the only original motorbike catalyst isn't removed from the original collectors. Z800 models are equipped with a single catalyst in the original collectors, the original silencer doesn't present inner catalysts and if you set SC-Project silencers you'll respect both the anti pollution law and the law related to decibel acustic emission
