This is a traditional 3PL warehouse. What we've done for the customer is to deploy vision guided forklift AGV without chaning the layout or the location of the rack shelves in the warehouse. Inbound and outbound process is exactly the same with the orginal process, but become automatic. Such solution can help customer to reduce labor cost and increase efficiency.
