▶️Ingredient
150-180g of MIX MUSHROOM
(1king oyster, 1/3 ENOKI anf 3 SHITAKE)
24 of GYOZA pastries
some chive and dried crushed chilli or chilli threads
Feta cheese 80g

-SPICY RED SAUCE
1tbsp of gochujang
1tbsp of mayonnaise
1tbsp of sugar
1/2tbsp of sesame oil
1/2tsp of minced garlic

-SNOWY WHITE SAUCE
1tbsp of JAPANESE white miso
1tbsp of mirin
1tbsp of sugar
1tbsp of melted butter
1/2tsp of minced ginger

▶️recipe
Chop the mushroom

mix the ingredients for sauce

Place the gyoza pastries on the oven tray
Put sauce, mushroom and feta cheese.

Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 6min
