This box will be pretty short today; I can't find any information about this composer except that we are in the early 20th century here. I even dare say that this (great) Nocturne is the only thing that's really left of Abbott today, so I'm happy to present my performance of this piece. I think it is a surprisingly strong composition (given the obscurity) with many charming ideas. I especially point out the well implemented fake ending here, which works like a charm.
