Perth's historic Old Treasury Building in the heart of Perth City is being redeveloped into a luxury hotel and offices. Focus Demolition carried out the initial demolition at the site and the site works. The demolition was made more complex by the need to preserve much of the original material for re-use; many of the bricks had to be removed by hand!
