O’Brien Contractors have been awarded the groundworks and civil engineering contract to prepare the site for the construction of St. Modwen’s Marks & Spencer store in Longbridge.
The project will see O’Brien undertake the enabling works and groundworks, including reinforced concrete foundation bases, hardcore slabs, drainage and services for the Marks & Spencer store, multi-storey car park and non food retail units.
Section 104 Drainage Works, including large diameter drainage up to 6 metres in depth, are also included in the package.
