Kundalini yoga works on many levels, but its first point of access is the physical body. This kundalini yoga kriya regulates and balances a healthy flow of energy in the physical body for optimum strength and vitality. This 40-minute kundalini yoga kriya is known as 'sadhana exercises' from the kundalini yoga book 'Kriya', and is PERFECT to practice first thing in the morning to get your energy levels switched up and ready for the day.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
