The Finance Minister also reiterated that reforms drive will not be hampered by the loss in Bihar. Speaking to Sapna Das, Jaitley said the centre is in talks with opposition to get the goods and services tax ratified by the parliament. He also conceded that the Grand Alliance in Bihar had a 'bigger arithmetic' than the NDA.
