Bruce Lee - founder of Jeet Kune Do - a pioneer in modern Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
I got tired of watching this video, on other YouTube channels, with the audio & video out of sync; so I audio-corrected it. I also tried a rudimentary upscale, with very little success... but, all in all, I think it's better overall.
Much of what Bruce discusses here is expounded upon in his book, "Tao of Jeet Kune Do", which I highly recommend.
