Justice Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud is all set to be India's next Chief Justice. Incumbent CJI UU Lalit recommended the name of Justice DY Chandrachud as his successor. He handed over the letter of recommendation to Justice Chandrachud in presence of all SC judges earlier today.
