Alright, I'm still calling this guy my superhero we've got Chris Hays with Hays Cooling and Heating.
And I'm thinking this is funny but it's not, you guys came
over and serviced my units and found like a serious problem and saved me so much.
Explain to people the importance, obviously, I might have just done this but of making sure that your units are serviced.
The biggest thing is making sure everything's serviced and paying attention to what's going on in the industry today. There's a lot of guys out there saying free tune-ups $29.95 $39.95 for us to have reasonable guys that are out working and I'm not the superhero
just so you know, my guys are. They are fantastic. But it takes you know a lot of money to get qualified guys to your house and it costs money. So, if you're going to have those guys come to your house pay attention to what's going on you know. They're going to charge you in the long run.
Yeah, okay and and the fact that a lot of people don't even have their units serviced and then, of course, they wait until the very last minute and I was a lucky one just because obviously you guys were just coming to do the six months service, and it just happened that some major thing was out and you guys were able to take care of everything.
I would have been dying because I would have been one of those people calling in the middle of summer going, oh help you know, what do I do?
Yeah, we had a lot of the last-minute people back when it was 100 degrees about two weeks ago we got a tremendous amount of calls we were overwhelmed and people were you know, a couple days out, things like that.
So it's very important when the temperatures are nice get the stuff done. Get, before it's too late. Exactly so that's what I'm always saying do it every six months right isn't that kind of what they should be doing? Yeah, we have maintenance programs that run about $170 a year.
