Recipe:
CAKE
240 ml (1cup) Full fat milk
1 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
195 grams ( 1 1/2 cup) All Purpose Flour / Maida
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
45 grams (3 tbsp) Unsalted Butter (Omit salt if using Salted butter)
45ml ( 3 tbsp) Oil
50 grams (1/3 cup) Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
240 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
FILLING
1 cup Rasmalai Milk
Rasmalai Pieces
1/4 Cup Pistachios
FROSTING
300 grams Non Dairy Whipping Cream
4 tbsp Rasmalai Milk
