Gupta linked PR company Bell Pottinger has been found guilty of breaching a PR code of conduct. The UK Public Relations and Communications Association's ruling was in relation to the company's work for Gupta owned Oakbay Investments. Bell has been accused of sowing racial tensions in the country through its white monopoly capital campaign in order to divert attention from corruption and state capture. A hearing into the PR firm's conduct was held after a formal complaint was lodged by the Democratic alliance. Analysts say it is going to be difficult for Bell Pottinger to repair the reputational damage caused.
