Another presentation as part of SANKHYA - The Significance of Numbers, we present 'Shiva Padam' on the occassion of MahaShivRatri
Lord Shiva resides in music and rejoices in movement. The Sapta Swaras (Seven notes of music) are said to have been derived from sounds made by different animals in nature. These notes are also associated with different grahas or planetary systems, as well as the seven Chakras or energy circles of our body. So intertwined with life is music and movement. Let us celebrate MahaShivRatri and seek a life with this artistic perspective.
