Hobart, Model V1401, dough mixer. Rated for 30 to 140 quarts maximum capacity, with pounds of product per hour - depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with stainless steel contact parts, 4-speed adjustable clutch, touch pad timer controller, push button start / stop. hydraulic bowl lift and change parts to accomodate 30 qt, 40 qt, 60 qt, 80 qt and 140 qt bowls. Mounted on 48" long x 48" wide platform style forkable base frame with ramp.
