Curry leaves are a very aromatic herb that is used a lot in South Indian cooking. Most South Indian families have curry leaf plants growing in their Garden. But this is a very slow growing plant and it might take a while before we can get a regular harvest from this plant. Harvesting from this plant in the right way is very important to promote new growth. If curry leaves are not harvested in the correct manner, the plant will not have any new growth and can slowly die back.
