Polish pottery shopping can get a little overwhelming when you visit, so we decided to book a guided tour with More4U.
Jarek from “More4U tailored tours” is a passionate local who’s been living in the area since 1983. His Polish pottery tour is just one of many professional services he provides.
Each tour is a full service, door to door experience, tailored to your specific needs. Which means, you can pick and choose what you want to do. He does the all route planning, books tickets/hotels (he was actually the head manager of the famous blue beetroot hotel right in town), he’ll provide transportation, and will load up all your stuff in his 8 passenger van.
And speaking of loading all your stuff, they also provide packing and shipping services to virtually anywhere you want it to go.
The tour also includes lunch from a traditional polish restaurant, so eat all the pierogis you can before seeing Borowski's glass studio and the Grodziec Castle.
Our final stop landed us right in the middle of the Boleslawiec city center. Jarek gave us a brief history lesson of the town and then brought us safely back to our hotel.
