This is an overview of AOSiP Nougat 7.1.1 for the Nexus 6. This looks exactly the same in the 6p with the exception of the fingerprint reader settings.

Gapps recommended were Open Gapps 7.1.1 but I used the dymamic gapps from Pure Nexus project.
