I love how God's characteristics of compassion, love, and forgiveness are described in Psalm 103. When we repent, He casts our sins as far as the east is from the west. He doesn’t deal with us as our sins deserve, which I am so grateful for because before I knew Christ I was a wretched sinner. I can even look back and see the countless ways He was protecting my life while I was living in sin. In His love & graciousness, He had compassion on me and He was protecting my life and giving me time to repent and turn to Him. I love Jesus so much and I’m so thankful for His great love for me.

God loves you so much, you are the apple of His eye.
